Caradon 10-4-10: Saltash to Liskeard Walk

Posted by Helen Manley on 6 June 2018

Caradon were formed when Saltash Essanians and Liskeard/Looe hockey clubs merged. As part of our 10th anniversary fundraising, we will be walking from Essanians old pitch at Saltash.net School to the Lux Park pitch in Liskeard where Caradon now call home!

The route is just over 16 miles so will be a full day, including refreshment stops at The Crooked Inn at midday, Menheniot, then onto Lux Park to finish with a well deserved drink at the Sports Club.

You can see our planned route on mapometer.com (log in Shelleylockett@icloud.com - password Caradonwalk)

If you'd like to join us it will be £5 per person, or £10 for a family. Alternatively you can collect sponsor money - everything raised will go direct to our grand total, raising money for:
Cornwall Blood Bikes
RNLI
Macmillan Nurses
Ellie's Haven
Teenage Cancer Trust
British Heart Foundation
Children's Hospice South West
Cornwall Air Ambulance
CHICKS
SportsAble

You can donate to our main sponsor page at www.gofundme.com/caradon10410

Please come along with your donation, some good walking footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather!!! We will meet at the hockey pitch at Saltash.net School at 10.30am ready to depart sharp. Hope to see you then!
