Women's 3rd XI Vs Marjons 3

It was a cold wet day at Lux park, when Caradon 3's turned up to play their last league game against Marjons. The first half saw no goals from either team but a stray ball from a caradon player did take the home team down to 10 for 5 minutes. A restructure ensured the team finished half time nil-nil.

Arousing team talk from the captain at half time saw Caradon ladies step back out with a renewed energy.
10 minutes later Jo Maudsley settled the game by smashing in the first goal. Then another from Jayne Longrigg and then Jo poached the last one to 'guarantee' it went in! The final whistle meant the final game of the season was a solid 3 nil win.
