| Match Report | Caradon ladies 3's played a travelling Plymouth uni team at home. The match was evenly spread with play breaking from each end making it a high energy game. Just before the half time whistle Caradon's forward, Charlotte Tamblyn met a cross from Jayne Longrigg to slot home the opening goal of the match. Half time team talk focused on digging deep and playing the width which Caradon went out and did. The high energy of the game resulted in 2 green cards for Plymouth Uni and one for Caradon. Ten minutes before the end Charlotte met another ball that she drove into the D and crossed to make it 2 nil. The final whistle of the game resulted in a penalty corner for Caradon, who unfortunately couldn't convert. But a 2 nil win was well deserved. |
