Caradon Ladies 4s took on Bodmin 3s at home on a very foggy Saturday morning. Caradon took the first half of the match to 2-0 with goals from Jo Maudsley and Erryn Lockett. The Caradon defence repelling any attempt on goal from Bodmin. Caradon continued with their attack on the Bodmin goal in the 2nd half and were up 4-0 with further goals from Erryn Lockett and Emma Hedley. Bodmin then pulled a goal back from a penalty corner to make the score 4-1. This spurred on Caradon who then made the score 5-1 with a goal from Pippa Hedley. Two green cards issued to Jo Maudsley and Tilly Scott by the umpires for stick tackles and distance offences, which took Caradon down to 9 players towards the very end of the match, but despite this, they did not allow Bodmin to score anymore goals. The final score was 5-1 to Caradon 4s taking them to 4th position in the Trelawney league table.
