Friendly match against Falmouth 3s down in Penryn, which ended in a 4-1 loss to Caradon 4s. The 4s only had 11 players, no subs and contained several new players to the senior squad. Falmouth took the lead in the first half but a strike by Pippa Hedley was deflected by a Falmouth player into the goal. Half time scores were level. The second half came and despite Caradon being awarded several short corners, we couldn't convert to goals. Caradon went down to 10 players for a while, due to injury and Falmouth scored 3 more goals during the 2nd half and the game ended 4-1. A good friendly match to play and well done to all the Caradon players, some of whom were not playing their usual positions and for some it was their first match at senior level.
