The first league match of the season for the Caradon Ladies 4s, ended in a victory against a very youthful CSOM 2 team. Our opposition took the lead, with the 4s responding quickly with 2 goals, from Jo Maudsley and Izzy Hedley. CSM managed to level the score again, but another goal from Jo, slipped past their keeper, putting us back in front. However CSM managed to level the score again with minutes remaining on the clock. Then, Pippa Hedley saved the day with a strike on goal, which sailed past the keeper and made the 4s victorious winners, when the final whistle went. Player of the match went to Izzy Hedley for some awesome line runs and crosses. Great team work from the 4s, who never gave up.
