A cold winters morning at Lux Park was the setting for the rearranged league match between Caradon Ladies 4 and Bodmin 2. For sometime the score was level at 0-0 until Bodmin took the lead from a deflected shot into goal from one of their forwards. Caradon battled on and were rewarded a few minutes later when Gemma Samuel equalised for the home team. The score remained level and both teams battled it out on the pitch. The Caradon midfield and forwards continued to try to take the lead but every effort seemed to be repelled by an invisible force field around the Bodmin goal. Bodmin were lucky to score two more goals and despite Caradon having more shots on goal they could not bring the score level and it ended 3-1 to Bodmin. Player of the match went to Izzy Hedley.
