This was the first meeting between Caradon 2s and Plym Valley 2s due to several postponements of the away fixture. Plym Valley 2s position in the league really doesn’t reflect how strong and resilient a team they are! From the whistle Caradon took the game to them and within the first few minutes you would think they would win the game comfortably. Plym Valley had other ideas however and converted a short corner against the run of play. They held onto this lead until three minutes from the end to their credit where their resolve couldn’t hold any longer and Erryn Lockett found a way to break down their defence and score a much deserved equaliser! Probably one of the most one sided games played at Lux this season, but sometimes that’s just the way it goes. Next up is the long trip to Penzance.
