| Match Report | The sun shone brightly on Saturday but Caradon third team kept their cool with a fantastic 8-0 win. With players repositioned throughout the game this did not phase them as they worked together to hold possession of the ball. It became apparent Truro’s defence was strong so it took short one two passes to get by. As taught in training players passed back and switched play to create space and opportunity to drive towards the D. Emma Gliddon came away with a hat-Trick with three strong strikes in play. The first half seen many attempts on goal against Truro’s experienced goalie which proved challenging, but the second half simply clicked. With ten minutes left of play Sharon Jeffery came from defence to upfront scoring almost immediately. Libby Walsh assisted ball allowed Sharon the second goal moments later to am impressed and cheering home crowd. A great result.
