Caradon ladies second team put in their best performance of the season to overcome Plym Valley 7-0 at Lux Park to complete the double having won 2-1 earlier in the season in Plymouth. Caradon got off to a flying start with Erryn Lockett scoring the first goal after less than 10 minutes. This was soon followed by goals from Charlie Harris and Sadie Mullis to make the score 3-0 at half time. Caradon didn’t let up in the second half as Sadie Mullis and a brace from Charlotte Reed were added with Tanya Spicer converting a penalty flick earned by Lockett to give a final score of 7-0. This puts Caradon in a middle table position with 23pts which already beats last two seasons haul with 4 games still to play. Next up sees the Second team travel to bottom placed Truro hoping to keep this run of form going. Player of match was Charlie Harris.
