Match Report | Caradon were well beaten by a strong Taunton team but were unlucky not to register goals of thier own. Tauntons' experianced team were always in control, meeting the ball first and muscleing their way to take a 3-0 lead at half time. Caradon needed to up the tempo and they did this in the second half. Debutant Sadie Mullis was making inroads down the right flank and Caradon were starting to have chances of thier own. Short corners were awarded but were either well saved by the keeper or cleared off the line by guarding defenders. For a consecutive week, Beth Harris was awarded player of the match for her battling performance in the center of the park. Caradon travel to local rivals, marjons, on Saturday looking for a change in fortunes and pick up some much needed points. |
